It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Braspennickx of Norway, Michigan, who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Sturm and Beatrice Sturm (Lillvick); her husband Robert Braspennickx; her daughter Cammie; and her sister-in-law Lois Sturm.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Braspennickx (Maribeth) of Green Bay and Kerry Bengtson (Kirk) of Norway; her grandchildren, Bryce Braspennickx (Kearsten) of Neenah, McKenna Braspennickx of Green Bay, Paeyton Bengtson (Tanner) of Green Bay and Tyler Bengtson (Maggy) of Kingsford; her great grandchild Jaxson Bengtson; her brothers, Gary Sturm of Kingsford and Larry; her sister-in-law Barb Partenen of Kingsford; and her siblings' children, Chris Sturm (Susan) of Kingsford, Gary Sturm (Ginger) of Menominee, Vicky Williams (Brad) of Green Bay and Alison Partenen of Pigeon Forge, TN..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Erickson-Rochon and Nash Funeral Home (901 Carpenter Ave, Iron Mountain, MI 49801). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
