She was predeceased by: her husband Reverend Robert Earl Burkey; her son Kenneth Burkey; and her sister Barbara Henry. She is survived by: her sons, Michael P. Burkey (Annie Zhao) and James R. Burkey (Renee); and her grandchildren, Aaron J. and Joanne K. Dear.
