She was predeceased by: her parents, Ersel Ivan and Vera Mae Riggenbach (Robbins); her husband Norman Luke Bartlett; and her siblings, Vernon Holtrey and Carolyn Butts.
She is survived by: her children, Norman Billy (Becky Bartlett), Becca (Charlie Rhine), Ward (Lisa Bartlett), Betsy Jo (Jim Sornig), Rachael (Billy Craig), Lanny Bartlett and Michael (Suzanne Bartlett); and her sisters, Connie Malcolm, Veramae Cheryl Irelan, Ersella Winters and Sela Adams. She is also survived by 27 Grandchildren; 34 Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
