He is survived by: his sister Diana Davis Schack; his stepmother Agnes Davis; his niece Eris Schack (Colleen); his nephew Trevor Schack (Amanda); his stepsisters, Natalie Hoyt (Jack) and Robin Stabley (Dave); and his cousins, Cam Davis (Sam), Paul Davis (Cheryl), William Zobel (Ellen), Meryl Davis (Fedor), Clay Davis and Wendall Decker.
