She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hugh and DeVonne "Bonnie" Moore (Branstetter). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Southworth; her sons, Kevin Southworth (Angie) and Adam Southworth (Kelly); her granddaughters, Kathryn and Samantha; her siblings, Kathryn Ferstle and Bruce Moore; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Allie (Alex), Cheryl Southworth and Tina Youngblood (Peter).
