She was predeceased by: her parents, Mondo and Gwen; and her siblings, Greg, Michael and Joanne.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff (Rachel) and Derek; her nieces and nephews, Shawna Toccalino, Natalie Turk (Dean), Tony Rodriguez (Christine), Rachel Ginnard (Ben), Mitchell Rasak, Josh Toccalino (Allie), Samantha Ahmad (Abbas), Matthew Rasak and Gina Toccalino; her stepgrandchildren, Lexi and Ciera Geary; her husband Ken Sugamosto; her sister Ann Rasak (Matt); her sister-in-law Brenda Crete (Chuck); and her cousins, Lisa Gillary (Jack), Linda Schneider (Duke) and Joe Fornasiero (Kris).
