She is survived by: her children, Dennis Maddox (Jenny), Deborah Yarling (late Richard), Michael Maddox (Anna) and James Maddox (Michelle); and her grandchildren, David (Shannon), Katherine Willerick (Matt), Brent Yarling (Caesy), James Maddox (Christina), Heidi Maddox, John Coffey (Kaitlyn), Dakota Maddox, Alicia Maddox, Jessica Maddox (Nick Towns), Nathaniel Maddox and Brooklyn Maddox. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
