With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Mina Smith of Novi, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 25, 2025 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Wright and Mina Wright; and her husband Walter Smith. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Randall Smith (Patricia) of Temple, TX, Sharon Bence (Robert) of Northville, MI and Sandi Smith (Linda Lombardini) of Ann Arbor, MI.; and her great grandchildren, Abby, Jacob, Robbie, Abram, Mina, Violet, Emerson, Truett, Rory, Frankie, Scarlett, Zander and Kai. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
