He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Alice Johnson of Puerperal Septicemia; his wife Constance Joan O'Connell Arnfield; his stepdaughter Cathleen Polony; and his granddaughter Brittany Polony. He is survived by: his children, Linda Brumm (Perry), Laurel Frogner (David) and Matthew Maddock (Nancy); his stepson Ronald McEachern (Donna); his stepson-in-law Thomas Polony; his grandchildren, Rachel Land (Jason), Charlotte Kufahl (Matthew), Sarah Brumm, Erica Jankowski (Devon), Madeline Frogner, Kristen Frogner, Linden McEachern and James Polony; his great grandchildren, Mason and Owen Kufahl; and his close friend Judy Brinker.
