He is survived by: his brothers, Dennis Holmes (Janet) of Punta Gorda and Brian Holmes of Richmond; and his nieces and nephews, Mark Ottenbacher (Alexia), Jeff Ottenbacher, Keith Ottenbacher (Shelley), Kevin (Suzanne), Michael Holmes, Todd Holmes (Kelly), Kelly Cmarik (John) and Bethany Bozung (Kevin).
