He is survived by: his wife Sally Stevens; his siblings, Richard Jankowski and Gail Horback (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Michael Horback (Erin), Jeremy Jankowski (Angie), Gabby, Avery, Haley, Harper and Weston; his friend Larry Habarth; and his pets, Hannah, Noah, Jett, Tiffany and Bonnie.
