He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Ham (Winwood) and Gilbert Ham; his wife Karen Marie Ham; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristin and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Leyla, Ellie, Lennon and Luxe; his siblings, Laura, Paul, Jim and Judy; his stepmother Joan Ham; and his mother-in-law Linda. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
