He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Christofferson and Carol Christofferson (May). He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Hall); his children, Carrie Root (Brandon) and Andrew Christofferson (Valerie); his grandchildren, Oliver, Elliott, Lincoln, Finn and Tyler; his siblings, Gary Christofferson (Diana) and Karen Burden; and his pet Cooper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
