She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Mark Hacker, Kenneth Hacker (Leslie), Richard Hacker (Carol), Brian Hacker (Louise) and Lori Gersten (David); her grandchildren, Samantha Hacker, Emily Rodriguez (Moris), Hillary Raymond (Jeff), Evan Hacker (Juliette), Daniel Hacker, Carly Harris (Melissa), Alison Hacker and Jamie Hacker; her great grandchildren, Elliot Harris-Gersten and Emma Rodriguez; and her siblings, Harriet Trager, Larry Weiss and Peggy Morrow. She was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

A shiva was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clover Hill Park (2425 14 Mile Rd, Birmingham, MI 48009). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Dorfman Chapel- Main Chapel.
