She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Butler (David), Kenneth Hendrick (Dawn) and Matthew Downey (Diane); her grandchildren, John Butler (Erica), Elizabeth Troszak (Tyler), Luke Butler, Crystal Hendrick, Jeremy Hendrick (Kaila) and Melissa Hendrick; her great grandchildren, Mya Smith, Avery, Riley Hendrick, Lawson and Briggs Butler; and her sister Elizabeth Karchefski (late Ronald).
