She is survived by: her children, Tom Ches (Anita), Gail Jarvis (Miles), Susan Addison, Janice Hughes (John) and Laurie Slawinski (late Edward); and her grandchildren, Catherine Ches (Darrol Procacciante), Brian Ches, Jeffrey Jarvis, Andrea Hill (Andrew), Sarah Jarvis, Gerald Jarvis (Grace Kelch), Kelly Capparelli (Joe), Tracy Brash (Ted), Michael Addison (Kristy), Keith Slawinski (Lisa) and Kevin Slawinski (Tiana Colon). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren.
