He was predeceased by: his parents, Angeline Guzdzial and Jack Ellis; and his daughter Marcie Birk. He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Angie Sobczynski (Brian) and Tim Ellis (Emily); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Natalie and Benjamin; and his sister-in-law Toni Mornweck.
