He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert and Ethel Ernest Surles (Roser); and his brothers, Jim and Jack Surles. He is survived by: his sister Lita Randall (Ted); his sister-in-law Gail Surles; his nieces and nephews, Jayme, Vanessa, Crystal, Tara, Brett, Todd and Patrick; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Amanda, Jamie, Jackson, Nick, Tatum, Emma, Kayla and Keenan.
