He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Webber and Emma Webber; his siblings, Robert Webber and Carol Lauterbach; his wife Virginia "Ginny"; his son Jim Webber (Gloria); and his grandsons, Ryan Smith (Abby), Michael Webber (Michelle), John Webber and Scott Smith (Nicole). He was also cherished by seven great grandchildren.
