He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Grace Okonkowski; his children, Bonnie Szilagy (Eric), Pete Okonkowski (Bernadette) and Amy Pendracki; his grandchildren, Erica Bledsoe (Bryan), Nick Szilagy (Rebecca), Ben Szilagy, Stephanie Armiak (Alex), Dr. Linda Maher (George), Sarah Pendracki and Drew Pendracki (Jocelyn); and his great grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua, Jacob and Henry.
Memorial donations may be made to the Boys Town National Research Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project.
