She is survived by: her children, Michael E. Mullett III (Jackie), James A. Mullett, Deanne M. Adaschik (Bill) and Jay J. Mullett (Dora); and her grandchildren, Anthony M. Adaschik, Rebecca A. Mullett, Alexis M. Adaschik, Michael E. Mullett IV, Allison M. Adaschik, Brian W. Adaschik, Makayla M. Mullett and Haylie J. Mullett. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
