He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Duane D. Pitcher (Valerie Watson) and Michelle Zinski (Mark); his wife Lyndsay Austin; his children, Justin Pitcher and Abby Austin; his parents-in-law, Ken and Joanne Pawenski; and his siblings, Aaron (Trisha), Jeremy (Emily) of Christie, TJ, Chelsea and Karlee.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Brien Sullivan Funeral Home (41555 Grand River Ave, Novi, MI 48375). A celebration of life was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, and in honor of Mike's lifelong love of reading, the family kindly asks that you bring a children's book to the visitation.
