Gainer in Novi, Michigan, born in Philadelphia, Mississippi, who passed away on July 18, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Gainer; her parents, Joe Mack and Molly Jones Dansby; her sisters, Faye Waara, Ann Tingle, Jo Chaney and Jean Brown; and her son-in-law Michael Kujala.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Gainer (Kris), Donna Kujala, Alan Gainer (Mary Pat) and Mary Niffin (Mark Quinn); her grandchildren, Katy Kujala (Scott Joy), Kelly Filipic (Nick), Matt Kujala (Katie), Bryan Gainer, Neil Niffin, Jeff Gainer (Christina), Molly Gainer, Nick Niffin, Annie George (Jacob) and Elle Bogdan (Jim); her great grandchildren, Halle, Donald, Jacob, Nicholas, Evie, Joseph, Henry, Lainey, Michael, Thomas and Isaac; and her sister Camilla Bryant.
