He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul George and Mildred Chuba (Sutherland); and his wife Helen Grace. He is survived by: his children, Mary Anthouard (Max), Paul J. Chuba (Ada), Greg Chuba, Matt Chuba (Leslie) and Drew Chuba (Becky); his grandchildren, Rebecca McDonald (Thomas), Magalie Grant (B. J.), Chantal Chuba, Ben Chuba, Daniel Chuba, Anna Chuba, Parker Chuba and Ashley Chuba; and his great grandchildren, River, Logan, Henry and Finn.
