Paula Chomiuk Obituary

She was predeceased by: her siblings, George Zelenka, Joseph Zelenka and Thomas Zelenka. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Phifer and Lisa Becker (Mark); her grandchildren, Ashley Ross (Trevor), Jackson Becker and Sawyer Becker; her great grandchild Evelyn Ross; and her sisters, Diane Doddie (Jim), Joanne Baker (Mike), Karen Grubaugh and Sue White (Chuck).
