It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Ernest Simanek of Novi, Michigan, who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Louise Middleton Simanek; his brothers, William Simanek and Harry Simanek; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Simanek, Donna Simanek and Joyce Simanek.
He is survived by: his daughter Ann Simanek Clark (Bill Fromm) of Traverse City, MI; his brother David Simanek (Jaqui) of Boiling Springs, SC; his sister-in-law Caroll M. Jenkins (George) of Sarasota, FL; and his pets, Gus and Sedona. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; several grandnieces and grandnephews.
