Roberta leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Roberta’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Roberta will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Rosenberg; her sister Sharon Knoppow; and her parents, Maurice Katz and Mary Katz. She is survived by: her boyfriend Mel Zold; her children, Nancy Rosenberg and Richard Rosenberg; her stepdaughter Elaine Zold (Matt Perkins); and her cousin Alan Breyer (Kathryne Diamond). She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Ira Kaufman Chapel (18325 W Nine Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48075).
