She is survived by: her children, Tammy Doroshewitz (Bob) and Jeff Apple (Alesha); her grandchildren, Allison, RJ Doroshewitz, Carly, Erin and Brian Apple; and her husband John Apple. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
