He is survived by: his stepmother Virginia Moxley; and his siblings, Tom Moxley (Theresa), Kathy Letscher (Dave), Jim Moxley, Jane Eikhoff (late Ted) and John Moxley (Constance). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, colleagues, and friends.
