He is survived by: his wife Toni Lewis of Farmington Hills; his sons, Kip Lewis (Lisa) of Scottsdale, AZ and Eric Lewis (Elizabeth) of Annapolis, MD; his daughter-in-law Sara Harper Lewis of Haslett, MI; his grandchildren, O'lyvia, Taylor, Harper, Emerson and Micah; and his brother Charles M Lewis (Ida Jean White). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
