He was predeceased by: his parents, David Velick and Dorothy Velick; and his brother-in-law Jerome Mullen. He is survived by: his wife Debra Velick; his sisters-in-law, Pamela Mullen (Anthony) and Sandra Lamb (Dennis); and his cousins, Sandra Nathan, Lawrence Nathan (Kathy) and Keith Goldberg (Judy). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
