He is survived by: his siblings, Shangara Singh, Karnail Singh, Jagir Singh and Deepa Kaur; his wife Iqbal Kaur Sooch; his sons, Arvinder S. Sooch and Vin Sooch; and his grandchildren, Alex Sooch, Sean Sooch, Amanda Sooch and Mia Sooch.
