He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Hecksel and Kathy Young; his nieces and nephews, Christine Zahm (Herb), Suzanne Peterson (Todd), Sara Sax (Kelly), Trevor Young (Kelley), Laura Rolfe (Josh), Tammy Deur (Rob), Eric Hecksel (Kelly) and Joy Umlor (Ryan); and his sister-in-law Ruth Hecksel.
