Bernard Schreier Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2025, at the age of 97, Bernard Schreier (Oak Park, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob and Emma Schreier; his wife Flo of Chicago; his brother Aaron Schreier; and his sister-in-law Geraldine Schreier (Gerry).

He is survived by: his children, Joshua Schreier (Eve), Esther Kosofsky (David), Daniel (Gail Gregg), Noah (Bob Wick), Benjamin (Lisa) and Deborah Grinberg (Gordon); his grandchildren, Max (Anita), Simon (Aimee), Sarah (Jessica), Michael (Cara), Gemma, Milo, Jeremy, Arielle (Geoffrey), Eliana (Noah) and Hazel; and his great grandchildren, Casey, Ezra, Isaac and Alexandra.

Donations in Bernie's memory may be made to Habonim Camp Tavor, The Habonim/Dror, Foundation, JARC, and The Dorothy & Peter Brown Jewish Adult Day Program of West, Bloomfield.
