He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Doreen Collins (Richard Carroll), Amy Collins (John Dzapo) and Adam Collins (Myra Collins); his grandchildren, Dylan Carroll, Dylan Summers, Daniel Summers, Destiny Summers, Colin Dzapo, Lilah Dzapo, Melissa Collins, Adam Collins and Sebastian Collins; his great grandchild Joseph Collins; and his brother Darrell Collins (Judy Collins). He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
