She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Fazio. She is survived by: her children, Leonard (Nancy Fazio), Beth Fazio (Francois Dischinger), David (Ruth Fazio) and Paul (Jennifer Fazio); and her grandchildren, Liz, Brady Wright, Anne, Bjorn Anderson, Sarah, Piotr Piasecki, Anthony, Amanda Fazio, James, Emily Fazio, Thomas Fazio, Marley, Austin Fineis, Joseph and Gabby Fazio. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
