Sturges (Lindsay); his parents-in-law, Paul and Geri Bolen; and his sisters-in-law, Rachael Moriarty (Chris) and Renee Pavlov (Aleksei). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, teammates, players, and friends.
