George R. Meluch Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Meluch and Helen Rusyniak; his son Charles Meluch; and his siblings, Stephen Meluch, Georglen Meluch and Dismas Meluch.

He is survived by: his wife Heather; his children, Anna, Ava Meluch and Thomas Meluch (Molly) of Brooklyn, NY; and his siblings, John Meluch (Paula) of Lafayette, IN, Christopher Melluck (Kimberly) of Indianapolis, IN, Dr. Anthony Meluch (Lori) of Statesville, NC. and Mary Lerzak (Timothy) of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
