As we bid Linda farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Linda is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Fink and Pauline Fink; her husband Michael; and her brothers, Earl and David.
She is survived by: her children, Ryan McAlvey (Christina), Leslie Wertz (Nathan) and Chad McAlvey; and her grandchildren, Dominic, Malia and Lydia Wertz.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Linda's name to the IRONDOG Fund at the Michigan State College of Veterinary Medicine to help pets and their owners with financial need afford care.
