She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Don Hargrave and Marian Hargrave. She is survived by: her husband Jacob Cook; her son Jacob "Jay" Cook V; her daughter-in-law Marjana Cook; her grandchildren, Ema Cook and Jacob "Jake" Cook VI; her family, Jan and Dayra Ladewig; Alina, Natalia and Lisa.
