He is survived by: his mother Kathy Jean King DeVito; his family, Lillian and Xavier; his stepfather Rich Baum; his wife Lillian DeVito (Betts); his son Xavier Paul DeVito; his in-laws, Ernest Betts and Greta Betts; his sisters, Leiah DeVito Carpenter (Chase) and Kortney Marlatt (Nick); his sister-in-law Erica Betts; his sisters, Kylie Carpenter, Kenner Carpenter, Maren Marlatt, Peyton Marlatt and Isabella Marlatt; Keygan Carpenter. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
