Waters of Okemos, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on January 29, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Leo Frandsen and Mildred Frandsen; and her brother Lynn Frandsen (Edward). She is survived by : her significant other Edward; her daughters, Janell Liles and Jillayne Nelson (Tim); her grandsons, Nicholas (Laura) and Brett (Natalie); her stepgranddaughters, Suzanne Hinman (Andy) and Katherine Nelson; and her great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Oliver, Tanner Liles, Lucas and Annabelle Hinman.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
