He is survived by: his wife Paula (Pieniazek); his children, Scott (Cathy), Deana (Gary) and Brian; his grandchildren, Amanda (Derek), Aleyah, Kaylee, Dilon and Destiny; his great grandchild Easton; his stepmother Jackie Cook; and his sister-in-law Delphine Barnum.
