Florence Frances Jaroszyk Obituary

Florence Frances Jaroszyk, age 96, of Omer, Michigan, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2026, after a long and faithful life rooted in love, devotion, and Christian grace.

She was born on May 4, 1930, in Omer, Michigan, to Joseph and Anna Skrzypek. Florence was raised with the values of hard work, humility, and faith, and these qualities remained evident throughout her life. She carried herself with a quiet strength and a gentle spirit that touched everyone who knew her. Her life was a reflection of the virtues she lived by each day, and she will be remembered as a selfless, faith-filled, and gentle woman whose presence brought comfort and kindness to others.

Florence spent many years working in the auto industry in Flint, Michigan, where she retired after 20 years of dedicated service. She approached her work with diligence and responsibility, earning the respect of those around her. Her strong work ethic and dependable nature were a testament to the character she possessed. Even after her retirement, the discipline and determination that guided her career continued to shape the way she lived her life and cared for those she loved.

A devoted Christian, Florence found strength and peace in her faith. Her trust in God was a steady anchor throughout her life, and she lived with the quiet assurance that comes from believing in the Lord's promises. She was known for her kind heart and her gentle way of speaking and living. Her faith was not only something she professed, but something she practiced through the way she treated others, offering patience, compassion, and encouragement wherever she could.

Florence found great joy in the simple blessings of life, especially in caring for flowers and tending her garden. She had a deep appreciation for the beauty of God's creation and took pleasure in nurturing the things that grew under her care. Her garden was a place of peace and reflection, and it was a source of happiness to her throughout the years. Those who knew her will remember the calm and contentment she found in these quiet moments, as well as the beauty she created with her hands and her heart.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael Jaroszyk, as well as her parents, Joseph and Anna Skrzypek, and her brothers and sisters. Their memory remained close to her heart throughout her life, and she carried her family bonds with deep love and respect. Florence understood the importance of family and the lasting ties that connect generations, even though seasons of sorrow and separation.

She is survived by her son, Larry Jaroszyk, who will carry forward her memory with love and gratitude. The love she gave to her family was steadfast and sincere, and her legacy lives on in the lives she touched. Her example of faith, humility, and kindness will continue to bless those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Florence's life was a beautiful witness to a Christian walk marked by devotion, perseverance, and grace. She lived with a heart that was generous and a spirit that was steady. Though she will be deeply missed, her family and friends take comfort in the hope of eternal life and the promise of reunion in the presence of the Lord. Her earthly journey has ended, but the memory of her gentle soul and faithful life will remain forever cherished.

A life well lived in service, love, and faith is a blessing beyond measure, and Florence Frances Jaroszyk will be remembered with deep affection and gratitude. May she rest in the eternal peace of God's loving care.
