With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen M. Weber-Carter of Onaway, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Francis Conway; her husband Robert Weber; her siblings, Frederick J. Conway, Joseph G. Conway and Ellen St. Amour-Ruehle; and her stepson Robert Carter II.
She is survived by: her mother Martha Conway (Tank); her children, Stephen F. Weber of Lake, Anne Marie Bischer (Bob) of Onaway, Cynthia A. Pool (Richard) of Allen Park and Mary Beth Weber of Southgate; her grandchildren, Jordan Bischer of Harbor Beach, Rachel Bischer of Onaway and Alexander Pool of Allen Park; her stepdaughter Bonita "BJ" Carter of Onaway; and her brothers, Frank Conway (Millie) of Florida and James Conway (Lynn) of Romulus. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
For those who wish to honor Kathy's memory, the family suggests that expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Onaway Ambulance Equipment Fund or the Basilica of Sainte Anne de Detroit.
