We are sad to announce that, on November 8, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Kathy Chaskey of Onaway, Michigan, born in Cheboygan, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Taylor and Gertrude Taylor (Spencley); her siblings, John Taylor and Susan Deroos; her grandson Riley Proctor; and her grandparents, Earl, Bea Taylor, Bob and Susie Spencley.

She is survived by: her husband Larry Chaskey of Onaway; her children, Dennis Proctor (Nicole) of North Dakota, Todd Proctor (Jamie Ciarkowski) of Cheboygan and Heather Smith (Jeremiah) of Cheboygan; her grandchildren, Dylan Smith, Tyler Smith (Hailey), Aubrey Smith and Madison Schultz (Tyler); her siblings, Kim Taylor (Jeff Lowery) of Bridgman, Penny McGovern (Clayton Jr.) of Midland and Bob Taylor (Cindy) of Cheboygan; her brother-in-law Harry Chaskey (Jean) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and her daughter-in-law Sarah Fay of Cheboygan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
