He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Perhay and Emma Perhay; and his brothers, Frederick Perhay and John Perhay (Michael). He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Emily Kather (Ryan), Thomas J. Perhay, Amanda Tocco (Matthew) and Mitchell Perhay (Nicole); his grandchildren, Alexander, Benjamin, Thomas, Paige, Tommy, Claire, Evelyn and Emma; and his sister Mary Gothard. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Park (600 E University Dr, Rochester, MI 48307).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Tom's memory to Hospice of Michigan or the Rogel Cancer Center Fund at the University of Michigan.
