He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Shack and Hazel Shack (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Laura Shack (Schillinger); his daughter Kristin VanHouten (Lee); and his grandsons, Cody of Onaway and Zachery VanHouten of Onaway.
