He was predeceased by: his parents, William Green and Winona Green (Erickson); his in-laws, Marian Gumieny and Harry Gumieny; and his brothers-in-law, James "Nipper" Wisniski and Paul Sielski.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Gumieny; his children, Dennis Jr., Amy Haske (Mike) and Rhonda Mullins (Neal); his grandchildren, McKayla O'Connor (Michael), Dr. Michele Haske, Alyssa and Brianna Green; his great grandchildren, Emma and Kaiden O'Connor; his siblings, Yolanda Wisniski and John Green (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Sielski, Diane Merchant (Richard) and Phil Gumieny. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
