He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudy Webb and Lucille Webb (McQuillin); his daughter Janice Webb; and his siblings, James, Tom Webb and Barbara Hawes.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Webb (Newsom); his children, Sandy Schroll, Jr. (Jerry), Jeanette Dyer (Dean) and Robert Webb, Jr. (Candy Skinner); and his sisters, Ann Webb and Mary Hiesler. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
